Job Posting: Program Manager - Design Operations

Location: Fully Remote

Schedule: 40 hours a week, standard business hours

Role Overview: Our client is a household name, fortune 500 company, who is hiring for a Program Manager. Join a dynamic team of designers, researchers, UX writers, UX engineers, and CreativeOps professionals. Our mission is to create holistic customer experiences and innovate future web experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design leaders and teams to create and refine project briefs, prioritize tasks, and facilitate reviews.
• Create efficiencies in the design and production process, enabling designers to deliver high-quality work on time.
• Partner with Design, Product, and Engineering leadership to develop understanding of product vision.
• Drive design deliverables for each product cycle.
• Operationalize design process and efficiency to increase productivity.
• Manage design work items, scope, and requirements.
• Facilitate design reviews and ensure actions are captured and communicated.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in design ops.
• Experience with tracking tools such as ADO, Azure DevOps, Jira, Basecamp, Asana, or similar.
• Strong project management, communication, organization, execution, and presentation skills.
• Highly effective in a fluid and evolving environment, always ready with a creative solution.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $85.00/hr.
