Job Description:

Remote Work: Yes, 100% remote.

Location Requirements: Candidates must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MI, NE, NM, NY (outside greater-NYC), OH, TX, UT, WA (outside greater-Seattle), WI.

Time Zone: M-F 8-5 PM PST.

Must Have Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Managed Care (Utilization Management or Claims)
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications
Responsibilities:
  • Track IPA reports, communicate with delegated groups, and ensure correct file management for manual entry into the system.
  • Troubleshoot delegate issues related to report submissions and reporting problems.
  • Monitor and manage the receipt of IPA reports.
  • Send emails and provide education regarding report submissions.
  • Manage files to ensure proper system entry.
  • Track pending claims and educate delegated groups.
Additional Information:

No specific licensure required. Work hours are 8am-5pm PST.

Summary:

Manage large-scale projects involving internal and external resources, including system implementations, process improvements, and new product line launches. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to define project parameters, develop documentation, and ensure successful delivery.

Essential Functions:

Oversee all aspects of project lifecycle, develop detailed project plans, and communicate progress. Facilitate project meetings, develop workflows, and act as liaison across departments. Ensure compliance with safety standards and provide excellent customer service.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to adapt to change, and experience managing projects. Knowledge of health plan operations, HIPAA, and healthcare technology is preferred.

Required Experience:
  • 2-4 years of Managed Care experience
  • 2-4 years of Analyst experience
