Job summary

Fanshawe College is seeking a Program Manager, Contract Training, to lead the identification, development, marketing, staffing and evaluation of CTS contract training offerings. You will collaborate with business development, instructors and staff to ensure effective operation of licensing and compliance programs in CTS.

You will oversee curriculum development, market analysis, and revenue targets while coordinating cross‑divisional efforts.

Qualifications

• Post‑secondary 3 year diploma/degree in a related field.
• Master’s degree in business or related field and/or B.Ed. or M.Ed. is an asset
• Minimum 7 years’ business experience in marketing, sales, corporate communications and/or academic settings
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Demonstrated marketing ability with excellent problem‑solving, negotiation and communication skills
• Demonstrated administrative background including budget responsibilities and supervisory responsibilities
• Must have excellent interpersonal and organization skills, computer skills
• Project/operational management, leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to foster a team‑based approach to operational planning and problem solving
• Supervisory experience would be an asset
• Related experience within an academic setting including post‑secondary teaching and curriculum development and design would be an asset

Responsibilities

• Identifies, develops, marketing, staffing, supporting and evaluating contract training, programs and services offered by Corporate Training Solutions.
• Conducts current needs analysis, competitive analysis and reviews business and learning & development trends
• Identifies new business opportunities for revenue generation.
• Develops, reviews and maintains CTS curriculum and products
• Assesses and makes recommendations to support the delivery of licensing and compliance programs
• Liaise with other divisions and departments and partners
• Works with Senior Manager to meet revenue goals, client engagement and partnership development
• Marketing Partnerships: arrange marketing and partnership efforts
• Identifies new target markets for customized training and programming
