Job summary

Fanshawe College is seeking a strategic technology leader to direct Information Technology Services. The Director will shape end-user support, digital learning spaces, and media services, delivering college-wide service models and modernization roadmaps.

You will align investments with academic and administrative goals and supervise a large, diverse technical team. Reporting to the Executive Director, you’ll collaborate across leadership, manage budgets, drive customer-focused improvements, and

Qualifications

Minimum 4-year degree in information technology, business, education technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 9 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in a large, complex service-focused organization.
Experience leading multiservice technology environments with service design and customer experience improvement.

Responsibilities

Set strategic direction for End User Support, Digital Learning Spaces, Academic Technology, and Media and Audiovisual Services.
Develop multiyear service, lifecycle, capital, and modernization roadmaps aligned with college strategy.
Lead a large, diverse technical and service organization with clear goals, accountability and performance expectations.
