Red Door Shelter in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a Program Manager to ensure effective delivery of shelter services and to lead staff and students. You will coordinate programs, supervise designated teams, manage schedules, and respond to crises while maintaining client-centered approaches.
The role requires a post-secondary background in Social Services, 2+ years coordinating services, budget oversight, and strong communication. This contract runs 18 months with on-call duties.

The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services and programs in the shelter. In addition, this position is responsible for directly managing and supervising staff and students.
Your responsibilities will include:
Full-Time, Contract (18 months covering a maternity leave)
Scheduled based on rotation among program managers.
$76,500.90-$83,594.60 per year plus On-call compensation
