Red Door Family Shelter in Toronto is seeking a part-time, temporary Shelter Support Worker to help residents settle in, provide crisis intervention, and support daily living needs.
You will conduct room checks, lead weekly house meetings, assist with intake, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment on weekends with rotating shifts. A related social services diploma is preferred; strong communication and de-escalation skills are essential.

Hours of Work: 16 hours/week
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday (Rotating Shifts)
Week -1: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Week - 2: 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm
Compensation: $30.87 - $31.40 + plus 4% vacation pay as per the collective agreement
