Job summary

Mindlance is seeking an experienced e-Discovery Program Manager to lead enterprise eDiscovery initiatives in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in eDiscovery operations, audit/compliance, legal operations, and large-scale project management.

The role requires strong documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a track record of delivering cross-functional programs while meeting audit and compliance demands in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in eDiscovery, legal operations, audit, compliance, or risk management.
• Proven success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities.
• Experience leading audit remediation projects, control implementation, and evidence collection.
• Knowledge of the EDRM lifecycle, legal hold tools, eDiscovery platforms, and case management systems.
• Understanding of access controls, identity management, data reconciliation, and audit trails.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
