Robertson & Company Ltd. seeks a Program Manager to lead Data Governance initiatives for a major North American financial institution. The role focuses on governance frameworks, metadata, data quality, lineage, and regulatory compliance across enterprise data platforms.

You will drive agile delivery, manage stakeholders across business and technology, and develop executive-ready reports and business cases. Toronto-based, hybrid work arrangement on a 12-month contract with extension potential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field required.
• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, Data Governance, Data & Analytics, or Enterprise Technology delivery required.
• Strong background in Data Governance, analytics, enterprise tech implementations, agile delivery, stakeholder management, and organizational change management.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and robust data governance practices.

Robertson is seeking a skilled Program Manager (Data Governance) to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Pay Rate

Starting form $64 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Experience & Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field required
• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, Data Governance, Data & Analytics, or Enterprise Technology delivery required
• Experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Data Governance, Data & Analytics, enterprise technology implementations, agile delivery, stakeholder management, and organizational change management
• Strong Program/Product Management experience with Agile delivery methodologies
• Business acumen should be there
• Data Governance expertise, including metadata management, data quality, lineage, data access, governance controls, and regulatory compliance
• Experience working with enterprise data platforms and technologies such as Databricks Unity Catalog, Microsoft Azure, Informatica IDMC, Power BI, JIRA, and related analytics tools
• Financial services or Insurance regulated industry experience, consultant experience
• Experience developing governance operating models and business cases
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, PMP, Data Governance, Cloud Technologies, or Product Management
