A regional developmental services provider is seeking a full-time Program Manager in Northeastern Ontario. Job description

Sudbury Developmental Services (SDS) is seeking a full-time Program Manager to join our team.

The Program Manager is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-directed supports and services. This includes leading teams, fostering inclusive organizational culture, ensuring compliance with legislation (QAM, SIPDDA, AODA, OHSA, PHIPA/FIPPA, Human Rights Code), and strengthening partnerships within the community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership in service planning, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Oversee program budgets, individual financial accounts, and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and agency policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with families, stakeholders, and community partners.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field (Developmental Services, Social Work, Psychology).
  • Minimum 3 years progressive leadership in social/devlopmental services and 5 years field experience.
  • Knowledge of MCCSS QAM, SIPDDA, AODA, OHSA, Human Rights Code, PHIPA/FIPPA.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with succession planning, workforce development, and change management.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
