Job summary

United Farmers of Alberta Co-operative Limited in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a Program Logistics Coordinator to coordinate participant placements, relocations, onboarding, and transitions across the UFAs network.

This role partners with field leaders and internal stakeholders to monitor progress, gather feedback, and drive process improvements, ensuring a scalable, efficient, and positive development experience for participants and leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years in program coordination, operations, logistics, HR, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities.
• Experience with field-based or geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing data, tracking tools, and reporting.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to travel across Western Canada.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participant placements across UFAs network.
• Manage placement timelines, details, and tracking.
• Partner with field leaders to identify opportunities and program needs.
• Coordinate participant relocation activities and onboarding.
• Serve as primary contact for participants throughout the program.
• Provide timely support for inquiries and issue resolution.
• Maintain program records, tools, and documentation.
• Monitor progress and escalate risks as needed.
• Gather feedback and drive process improvements.
• Support reporting and evaluation activities for program enhancements.
