Job summary

Regina Open Door Society (RODS) is seeking a Reporting and Evaluation Coordinator for a full-time permanent role in Regina. The position collaborates with management to produce accurate program and evaluation reports and supports monitoring to meet funder standards.

The candidate will have a Bachelor degree in social science, at least three years in program evaluation and reporting, and strong writing, data reporting, and privacy compliance skills. A Saskatchewan Class 5 license is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in social science or related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in program evaluation and reporting.
  • Excellent writing, documentation and data reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of privacy policies and data handling requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in program administration and coordination.
  • Collect evaluation results and produce program outcomes reports.
  • Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and up-to-date entries.
  • Deliver privacy policy briefings and reporting training.
  • Develop standardized data gathering and reporting tools for funded programs.
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual program reports for funders.
