Bell is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to establish, coordinate, and govern the integrated readiness programs required to bring Bell's AI Fabric data centres from construction into production operations.

This role serves as the central program integration function across Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Network Architecture, Vendor Management, Human Resources, ServiceNow, Asset Management, and Site Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large cross‑functional programs.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi‑site readiness activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated readiness programs for AI Fabric projects.
• Lead governance forums and track milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate workforce, vendor, and service readiness for site launches.
• Provide executive status reports and dashboards.
