Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills and computer skills.
• First Aid/CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and Canadian Driver’s license is a must.
• Ability to obtain a clear Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Outstanding focus on member safety and care.
• Understanding of mental health and therapeutic responses is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses in home and community settings.
• Ensure member safety and high quality of care.
• Document and communicate effectively with families and care teams.
• Utilize computer skills for documentation and reporting.
