Description
The Office of Undergraduate Medical Education in the Cumming School of Medicine is currently seeking a Full-time Temporary Relief Program Coordinator for approximately 6 months.
Reports to the Manager, Curriculum with accountability to the Senior Manager, Undergraduate Medical Education.
Collaborates with Faculty Course Leaders, Clerkship Directors, and the Academic Technology Team to plan, develop, administer, and facilitate the delivery of the Medical Doctor (MD) Program.
Responsibilities include managing course materials, coordinating schedules, supporting faculty and students, and ensuring the smooth operation of undergraduate medical education activities.
Qualifications include a post-secondary degree, 5+ years of project management experience, prior experience in an undergraduate medical education environment, and proficiency with online systems like OSLER and ONE45.
Requires excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
