Position Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of accounting experience and a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. This role involves managing financial records, preparing reports and reconciliations, running payroll and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements and other accounts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Preparing payroll on a semi-monthly basis
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software; Business Central experience is a plus; robust excel capabilities.
• Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
