• DEC or Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering required.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment with facility layout and tooling experience.
• Strong communication; ability to translate complex tasks into practical solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, proactive and autonomous.
• Team player with leadership, patience and curiosity.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of aerospace industry.
• French communication; English a plus.

• You hold a College Diploma (DEC) or a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment, including experience in facility layout management and tooling.
• You possess strong abilities to communicate, simplify concepts, and translate complex tasks into practical solutions.
• You demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative, and autonomy.
• You are a strong team player.
• You demonstrate leadership, patience, perseverance, curiosity, and a willingness to take on challenges.
• You are proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of AutoCAD is considered an asset.
• You have knowledge of the aerospace industry.
• You are able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in French; English is considered an asset.
