Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd in Montreal, QC, is seeking a Product Manager for our Fenestration division. You will lead product strategy, manage lifecycle, and coordinate with sales, sourcing, and marketing to grow the window and exterior door hardware lines.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of product or category management experience, a business/marketing degree, and knowledge of fenestration; travel may be required. This is a full-time, on-site role with a strong growth path.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a Product Manager or Category Manager.
• Demonstratable proven track record in developing new products and successfully marketing them.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in Fenestration Industry as it relates to Window and Exterior Door Hardware.
• Some travel may be required.

• Vendor relations – Establish, maintain, and promote a positive relationship with all suppliers to the segment, includes price negotiations.
• Manage market pricing and develop promotional programs
• Support, train and assist sales teams and stakeholders to increase their knowledge of the product lines.
• Sourcing and developing new products.
• Working with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and helping to execute.
• Managing all product related data and information, keeping abreast of current market conditions for importing (tariffs, etc.)

Richelieu Hardware is searching for a Product Manager for our Fenestration division.
