Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation in Victoria, BC, is hiring for a production operator to manage designated production equipment and assist with bottle handling to meet quality goals.

Responsibilities include start-up, operation, changeover, and maintenance activities, while maintaining safety standards and efficient plant cleanliness. Must be able to lift and work in a fast-paced environment with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• Production experience in a food and beverage environment.
• Commitment to safe work practices and high quality.
• Ability to work efficiently, either independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment for efficiency and quality.
• Move bottles from racks to conveyor to meet targets.
• Visually inspect bottles, remove foreign objects, and test odors.
• Relabel and tag bottles as needed and prepare for packaging.
• Support start-up, changeover, shutdown and maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure safe operation following company safety policy.
