Job summary

MacDonald Search Group is seeking a hands-on Assistant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a consumer goods manufacturing facility in the Victoria, BC area. You will ensure operations run safely, efficiently, and on schedule while upholding high standards for quality and cleanliness.

You will plan production, supervise staff, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in processes, productivity, and overall efficiency.

• Experience in consumer goods manufacturing, production, or operations.

• Good communication and people-management skills.
• Comfortable working with production schedules, inventory, and reporting.

Salary open to discussion based on experience.
