Job summary

Primo Brands in Hope, BC is seeking a Maintenance Millwright and/or Electrician to support factory equipment and improve process efficiency. The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring 24/7 operation in a high-speed packaging environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Red Seal certification with 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, plus familiarity with SAP or CMMS software and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Red Seal certification and Canadian work authorization.
• 3+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing, with high-speed packaging asset experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP/CMMS and process software.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance to health, food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains plant assets and equipment for 24/7 operation.
• Troubleshoots and maintains production packaging equipment.
• Completes scheduled preventative, predictive and planned maintenance.
• Inputs work orders accurately into SAP system.
• Responds to breakdowns and supports continuous improvement.
