The Hercules Group of Companies in Edmonton, AB is seeking a Production Technician to handle, manufacture, and inspect web slings before shipping. You will report to the supervisor and ensure products meet specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sewing experience, preferably industrial sewing.
• Knowledgeable of various sewing techniques.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures polyester and high performance rounds sling to specifications.
• Creates customized assemblies by cutting, prepping and building.
• Meets planned shipping dates for customer orders.
• Ensures quality of all manufactured items from the round sling department to meet production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufactures polyester and high performance rounds sling to specifications
• Makes customized assemblies by cutting, prepping and building
• Meets planned shipping dates for customer orders
• Responsible for quality assurance of all manufactured items from the round sling departmentMeets all production standards / expectations and specified requirements
