Hercules Group Of Companies in Calgary, AB is seeking a motivated Rigger Technician to join our hands-on team. You will measure, cut, swage, splice, and test high-strength wire rope assemblies, and operate presses and load-testing equipment.

No prior rigging experience is required; a strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are essential. Safety comes first, with opportunities for ongoing training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety-focused mindset.
• Experience in rigging, fabrication, warehouse or construction is a plus.

We are seeking a full time Rigger Technician to join our team in Calgary, AB.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Enjoys hands-on, physical work

• Can read a tape measure and follow instructions accurately

Experience in rigging, fabrication, warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or other physical work environments is an asset, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

What You’ll Do

• Measure, cut, swage, splice, and test high-strength wire rope assemblies.


• Operate mechanical presses, cut-off saws, and load-testing equipment.


• Read job specs to fabricate custom slings and rigging hardware.
