Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a Production Technical Lead to oversee the production room, prioritize tasks, and ensure safe and efficient operation of lines in accordance with SOP, GMP, and HACCP standards.

You will lead the shift’s teams, manage scheduling for safety, quality, and maintenance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment. The role emphasizes adherence to our core values of Safety, People, Quality & Food Safety and Growth.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising manufacturing teams in a food production environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, SQF, HACCP and general food safety requirements.
• Strong communication and coaching skills; ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment performance to standard operating conditions and coordinate with operators.
• Schedule personnel for safety, quality, maintenance and line changeovers.
• Lead equipment and process ownership to reduce variability and increase efficiency.
• Plan and execute changeovers with defined tasks for each operator.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process issues with operators and maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, PPE, SOPs and food safety policies.
• Support continuous improvement and root-cause problem solving.
