Job summary

• Must follow SOPs and GMP guidelines.
• Understand HACCP and food safety policies.
• Ability to contribute to Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run production line equipment, ensuring correct temperatures per rack.
• Conduct daily safety checks at shift start and monitor equipment for optimal performance.
• Record data, maintain sanitation, and shut down machinery at shift end.
• Assist in root-cause problem solving and meet GMP/food safety standards.
• Serve as backup for Production Operator – II when needed.
