Job summary

Manpower invites applications for 50 Production Associates to join our Midland, Ontario manufacturing client. This on-site role offers training and hands-on experience with precision assembly, quality standards, and manufacturing equipment in a team environment.

Availability for flexible shifts (days/afternoons) is preferred. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, using calibrated tools, inspecting parts, following production workflows, and maintaining a safe, clean workplace while

Qualifications

  • OSSD or equivalent required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical information.
  • Comfortable working with metric measurements.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions.

Manpower is currently recruiting 50 ProductionAssociates on behalf of one of our manufacturing clients in Midland, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions.
  • Learn to handle precision components and assemblies.

Important Eligibility Requirements

This position involves technologies regulated by the Canadian Government's Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and the Contract Security Program (CSP).

To be considered, candidates must:

  • Have resided in Canada for a minimum of five (5) consecutive years.
  • Be eligible to obtain the required security clearance.
  • Meet all requirements of the Controlled Goods Program and Contract Security Program.

Any offer of employment will be conditional upon successful completion of all required security screenings and background checks.
