• Develop process set-up sheets, manage mold transfers and tune machine settings.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and liaise with customers and suppliers; report production/shipping.

• 2+ years leadership/coaching experience (client open to a current Lead Hand ready for the next step)

Salary/Rate Range: $32.50 – $34.50
