Responsibilities
  • Supervise, support, and lead a team of production employees.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and engagement standards.
  • Monitor shift productivity and adjust resources, priorities, and planning to meet targets.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development to team members.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives (suggestions, problem‑solving, process optimization).
Qualifications
  • Post‑secondary education in a relevant field (technology, industrial engineering, mechanical, electrical, administration, or management) or significant supervisory experience.
  • More than 2 years of supervisory experience, ideally in an industrial environment.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).

  • Availability for day/night rotating shifts.
