Job summary

4 Pillars Search Group Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations in a fast-moving food manufacturing environment. You will report to the Production Manager, own shift performance, and ensure safety, quality, and throughput while developing team members.

Key responsibilities include enforcing production standards, delivering hands-on training, contributing to process improvements, and representing the shift during audits, investigations, and corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on supervisory background in a food or beverage manufacturing setting.
• Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC, and broader food safety compliance frameworks.
• Track record of coaching and developing frontline teams and holding people accountable.

• Own the day-to-day enforcement of production standards — safety, quality, yield, labour costing, union relations, HACCP, and BRC compliance
• Deliver hands-on training and coaching to production staff, ensuring GMP practices and procedures are consistently followed across the shift
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement, helping shape SOPs and departmental policy
• Represent the shift during internal and external audits, leading investigations and corrective action plans when issues arise
