Insight Global is seeking a Production Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing operation in Burlington, ON. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and has a proven track record of leading teams, improving operational performance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

The successful candidate will oversee approximately 15-20 production employees, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery goals are achieved. This role is primarily leadership-focused, with about 80% of time dedicated to managing people, production priorities, and operational performance, while 20% is spent supporting employees on the floor through coaching and hands-on assistance as needed.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15-20 production employees.
• Drive daily production activities while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Monitor workflow and output to maximize operational efficiency.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance support to employees.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture.
• Support production floor activities as needed, including assisting employees and covering breaks.
• Coordinate resources and production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Communicate production metrics, updates, and operational challenges to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, company policies, and safety requirements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to support production activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to support business growth.
