Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Production Scheduler in Kimberley, Northern Cape for a hybrid role. You will create and manage detailed production schedules and work across production, procurement and sales to balance demand with capacity.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in production planning, strong ERP and scheduling software skills, and excellent organizational abilities. This role offers on-site oversight with remote scheduling flexibility.

About the Role

Our client, a key manufacturer in Kimberley, Northern Cape , is seeking a meticulous and analytical Production Scheduler. This critical role involves creating and managing detailed production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing operations, timely order fulfillment, and optimal resource utilization. You will work closely with various departments, including production, procurement, and sales, to balance demand with capacity. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to manage schedules and coordinate remotely, while also engaging on-site for essential meetings and oversight in Kimberley . Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed production schedules.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service to understand demand forecasts and customer orders.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

• Monitor production progress against the schedule, identifying and resolving deviations.

Requirements
