Schneider Electric is seeking a Production Planner to manage planning, scheduling, and coordination of material orders for Engineered to Order (ETO) Products. The role includes ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order management and compliance with quality procedures. Candidates should possess a relevant degree, certification in Production Management, and 3-5 years of experience. This opportunity allows you to contribute to sustainability initiatives in a dynamic work culture.
The Production Planner will be responsible of planning, scheduling and co-coordination of material orders to meet production requirements for Engineered to Order (ETO) Products. Processing ETO Warranty requests, Contract Review, manage Change Order requests, providing External and Internal customer satisfaction through timely response, professional communication, efficient order management, prompt analysis and resolutions to customer issues, follow CPP4S (Customer Projects Process for Service), management of on hand inventories to ensure system data integrity to support ongoing accurate data reporting.
