We are currently seeking an ABA Scheduler - Clinicians (Client Service Coordinator) to join our dynamic and growing team!

  • Full-Time, Non-Exempt Position

Who we are: The Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) provides services to individuals with developmental delays, including autism, in California, Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii. We deliver personalized, evidence-based behavioral and developmental services, ensuring caregivers peace of mind that their loved ones are in capable hands.

What is a Client Service Coordinator? The Client Service Coordinator – Clinician creates clinician schedules, oversees the timely assignment and completion of hours, and collaborates with regional leadership to address service gaps. They also support technology enhancements to streamline operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling Coordination: Create and optimize clinician schedules across regions to maximize productivity.
  2. FSO Compliance: Track and fulfill unutilized client hours to ensure full schedule offers are met.
  3. Client Hour Management: Monitor and utilize unused client hours effectively, prioritizing direct supervision hours.
  4. Communication: Maintain open lines with clinicians and leadership for resource efficiency.
  5. Documentation: Keep accurate records for reporting and analysis.
  6. Requisition and Hours Alignment: Match available hours with open requisitions, coordinating with leadership for adjustments.
  7. Appointment Accuracy: Ensure all scheduled appointments are billed or canceled appropriately.
  8. Planning Coordination: Provide feedback for program improvements based on stakeholder input.
  9. Technology Advancement: Lead initiatives to improve technological workflows.
  10. Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in scheduling or resource allocation roles is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of ABA services is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
