Norbec is seeking a Production Operator for its Strathroy facility. The role features a rotating 12.5-hour day and night shift schedule, offering hands-on exposure to multiple production operations in a safe, efficient environment.

You will operate and monitor equipment, handle materials, support inventory movement, document production data, and participate in shift handovers and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on, full-time role with growth opportunities.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift and overhead cranes experience or certification is an asset.
