Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Production Operator at our Hamilton – Victoria location, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor loading and off-loading activities of trucks and barges
• Maintain and inspect equipment
• Perform safety inspections regularly
• Open and close valves during loading/unloading
• Use computer systems for truck scaling
• Maintain site cleanliness and upkeep
• Follow all work procedures and safety protocols
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and on-call
• Experience in industrial, construction, or similar settings preferred
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Fluent in verbal and written English
