We are currently hiring for the following shift:

• Afternoon shift - 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Compensation: $26.49/hour; after probation: $27.00/hour

Job Summary

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Non-Sterile Machine Operator ensures product quality during packaging by operating equipment and packing in compliance with cGMP and SOP standards.

Job Duties

• Follow SOPs and safety policies; complete GMP documentation accurately and timely.
• Wear PPE, report accidents or hazards immediately.
• Load packaging components, operate equipment, and ensure stock levels.
• Inspect products, document defects, and calculate rejection rates.
• Collect samples, measure, and record fill volumes to ensure specifications.
• Monitor labeling and cartoning machines for proper operation and troubleshoot issues.
• Assemble and label cartons, pack products, seal cases, and load pallets.
• Communicate issues to supervisors and maintain cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in GMP pharmaceutical packaging or related field.
• High School Diploma required.
• Strong math skills, good command of English, manual dexterity, and visual acuity.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, reliable, detail-oriented, flexible for overtime.
