Job summary

CertainTeed, a Saint-Gobain subsidiary, invites you to join our CalgaryFinishing Plant as a Production Operator. This permanent role runs on a 12-hour rotating schedule with day and night shifts, including weekends. The position offers an hourly wage of $24 in Calgary.

Successful candidates will operate plant equipment, perform physical tasks, and complete required paperwork while maintaining safety and efficiency on the line.

Qualifications

• Must perform duties safely and efficiently.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Experience operating plant manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing plant equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and comply with safety standards.
• Complete shift paperwork accurately.
• Assist with other duties as required to support production goals.

• Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner
• Work shifts, including nights and weekends
• Perform duties such as shoveling, sweeping, cleaning and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Operate plant manufacturing equipment as required
• Be comfortable with filling in paperwork
• Perform other duties as required.
