Job summary

CRH is seeking a Production Operator for the Day Shift to support our manufacturing operations in Canada. The role involves operating and monitoring production lines, performing quality checks, and ensuring safe, efficient processes.

The operator will start up and shut down equipment, collect samples, and maintain batch records while upholding health and safety standards. Strong teamwork and physical fitness are required for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to approximately 50 lbs.
• English language skills are an asset.
• Experience as a mixer/batcher is an asset.

• Control start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting of process equipment.

• Bag and palletize polymer bags or sealant containers.
• Depalletize raw materials onto a conveyor system.

• Ensure packaging methods are followed according to work orders (BOMs).
• Maintain a clean work area after each production run and at shift end.
• Comply with company policies and health and safety program.

POSITION: Production Operator - Day Shift

Responsibilities

Techniseal is experiencing significant growth and offers permanent employment opportunities with a comprehensive benefits package. As our plant continues its automation process, we are seeking Production Operators who will be responsible for the following duties:

• Physically fit and able to perform manual work, including lifting up to approximately 50 lbs.

Working Conditions

• Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week.
• Day shift schedule: Monday to Thursday: 6:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
