Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Feed production experience and forklift certification are assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production teams through hiring, training, performance management.
• Plan workflows, assign work, and align daily operations with business objectives.
• Oversee production operations to ensure quality, efficiency, cost control, and on-time delivery.
• Promote workplace safety through compliance, inspections, PPE enforcement, and HACCP participation.
• Manage resources and inventory to support operational efficiency and accuracy.
