Job summary

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Production Manager for a leading manufacturing organization in Scarborough, ON. This role leads production operations, drives continuous improvement, and champions safety, quality, and team engagement.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily production activities, optimizing KPIs, and implementing standardized procedures. The position requires Lean/OEE knowledge and experience with SAP/Power BI; the candidate must reside in Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
