Job summary

S3 Group Ltd. is seeking a skilled welder to join our Saskatchewan-based manufacturing team. You will operate MIG welding equipment, read blueprints, and weld parts with precision while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of MIG welding experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work well in a team to meet production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Grade 10 education or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience.
• Previous production experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Able to meet physical demands of the job.
• Good reading and writing skills.
• Works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding machine, torch, hand drills, and grinders.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Weld parts with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain good work area housekeeping.
• Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
• Follow safety guidelines (as per our Safety Manual).
• Meet quality standards (as per our Quality Manual).
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
