Careers in Ag is seeking Production Line Welders to join our manufacturing team in Swift Current. You will operate welding equipment, read blueprints, and weld parts with precision, while maintaining a tidy work area and adhering to safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate has a Grade 10 education, at least 1 year of MIG welding experience, mechanical aptitude, and strong reading/writing skills. You will thrive in a team-oriented environment and contribute to quality standards on the production

Qualifications

• Grade 10 education or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding machine, torch, hand drills, and grinders.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Weld parts with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain good work area housekeeping.
• Comply with safety regulations and guidelines.
• Follow the Safety Manual and Quality Manual.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
