Job summary

Cascades is seeking a Production Helper to join our operations on the floor, where materials come to life and safety is our priority. You will assist with daily tasks, learn to operate robotic equipment, and work closely with the team to maintain product quality.

The role emphasizes teamwork, troubleshooting, and adherence to safety standards on a non-temperature controlled production environment. Your contribution helps ensure consistent output and reliability across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of troubleshooting experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to work in a non temperature controlled environment.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the production floor on a daily basis.
• Training to operate new robotic machines.
• Collaborate with the team and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure product quality across outputs.
• Report incidents promptly to maintain safety.
• Communicate with team members and leaders for consistency.
• Work safely while meeting production targets.

What you’ll do

As a Cascader, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape. Your day-to-day:

• Helping out on the production floor
• Consistent training to run our new robotic machines
• Constant team work and trouble shooting
• Ensuring Quality in all products
• Reporting Incidents in a timely manner
• Communicating with team members and leaders to ensure product consistency
• Working safely while meeting production

Your strengths as a Cascader

You are a natural fit for this role if:

• You previously worked in a plant/manufacturing facility
• Have 1 year of troubleshooting skills
• A high school diploma
• Okay with working in a non temperature controlled environment
• Enjoys troubleshooting and problem solving
• Job consistency
• Enjoys working as a team
