Cascades in Guelph seeks a Third Operator to join our manufacturing team on the production floor, where safety and quality come first. You will support machine setup, operate equipment, monitor output, and help move materials through the line.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operator and 2nd Operator with machine setup, operation, and production activities.
• Load raw materials into equipment and prepare machinery for production runs.
• Monitor product quality and report issues with box dimensions, print quality, scoring, or material condition.
• Stack finished products using automated palletizing equipment per customer specs.
• Perform equipment cleanup and assist with routine maintenance.
• Complete production reports and admin documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment following health and safety standards.

What you’ll do

As a Third Operator, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape.

Your day-to-day:

• Support the Operator and 2nd Operator with machine setup, operation, and production activities
• Load raw materials into equipment and prepare machinery for production runs
• Monitor product quality and report any issues related to box dimensions, print quality, scoring, slotting, or material condition
• Stack finished products using automated palletizing equipment according to customer specifications
• Perform equipment cleanup and assist with routine maintenance activities
• Complete production reports and administrative documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all health, safety, and food safety standards
