Drive Performance and Shape the Shift

As the Production Coordinator on Night Shift, you will be a key driver of shift performance for inbound, production, and outbound operations. Your responsibilities include setting daily and weekly goals, supporting resource allocation and movement, and collaborating with the team to achieve targets. Led by the Shift Manager, this role is ideal for a strong communicator with an analytical mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Available

Night Shift : Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am

How to Make an Impact

• Set daily building goals for each work area based on resources, headcount, and priorities.
• Monitor the call-in line and communicate updates to departmental leads.
• Create and share shift goals with Supervisors and Leads.
• Manage resource movement, coordinate staff training, and partner with the Task Tracker during the shift.
• Track hourly performance, respond proactively, and adjust as needed to meet daily goals.
• Provide end-of-shift summaries highlighting completed and outstanding work.
• Collaborate across departments to share capacity, bottlenecks, and results.
• Use predictive data to forecast weekly throughput.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in a similar environment, including one year in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset focused on outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Team-oriented with influencing skills and willingness to take calculated risks.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, for meetings and seminars.
