Salary: $24.50 hourly / 35 hours per week

Shifts: Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Night, On Call, Shift, Weekend
Start Date: Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities
Tasks:
  1. Mountain driving expertise
  2. Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy
  3. Drive lighter, special purpose trucks
  4. Load and unload goods
  5. Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  6. Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
  7. Pay and receive payments for goods
  8. Perform brake adjustments
  9. Perform emergency roadside repairs
  10. Perform preventive maintenance
  11. Receive and relay information to central dispatch
  12. Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
  13. Transport and handle dangerous goods
