What to Expect:

We seek a Production Team Leader to achieve shift and line objectives by empowering and engaging team members, developing their capabilities, and implementing NCE. The role ensures the production plan is met on time, in compliance with safety, quality, cost, delivery, and environmental standards, aiming for Manufacturing Excellence.

This is a night shift role requiring flexibility. As part of a 24/7 operation, other shifts or schedules may be necessary.

A Day in the Life:

  • Lead safety initiatives to ensure a safe working environment, including enforcing hygiene and safety procedures (PPE, shoe change, hand wash, LOTO, etc.)
  • Maintain product quality and compliance with manufacturing instructions using digital platforms
  • Keep work areas clean and in good condition, adhering to NGMP standards
  • Manage production through operational reviews and standard routines to ensure sustainable results
  • Utilize problem-solving tools and share knowledge to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop team competencies through training, proper equipment, safety procedures, and hygiene
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders such as shift teams, managers, maintenance, unions, and other representatives

Role Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in a related role within the CPG industry is preferred
  • Engineering graduates are preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication skills and ability to address non-compliance positively
  • Commitment to safety and good housekeeping
  • Ability to manage staff effectively and set challenging objectives
