Drive Performance and Shape the Shift
As the Production Coordinator on Night Shift, you will be a driving force behind the shift performance for inbound, production, and outbound by setting daily and weekly goals while providing high level support for allocation and movement of resources to achieve those goals. Led by the Shift Manager, this position will best suit strong communicator with an analytical mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Shift Available
Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00pm to 7:00am
Ready to make an impact? Here’s how:
  • Set daily building goals for each work area/zone based on resources, headcount, and priorities.
  • Check the building wide call-in line and disseminate the information to the departmental leads.
  • Create communications of shift goals for Supervisors/Leads. Share daily shift targets with all key stakeholders.
  • Responsible for movement of resources, including leaders by area, coordination of training of staff requirements in WM, and continuous partnering with the Task Tracker throughout the shift.
  • Monitor hourly building performance, be pro-active, and react promptly to achieve daily shift goals.
  • Provide an end of shift summary of work completed /outstanding work in all work areas.
  • Collaborate across all levels of the business to ensure appropriate parties have the required information on capacities, bottlenecks, targets, results, etc.
  • Use predictive headcount data to forecast weekly throughputs.
We’re looking for:
  • Three or more years’ experience in a similar environment, coupled with one or more years in a leadership role.
  • Effective organizational and communication skills.
  • Outcome focused analytical thinker, always striving for continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications and warehouse management applications.
  • Collaborative team player with superior influencing skills and comfortable taking calculated risks.
  • Ability to report out to all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to work extended hours to attend meetings, seminars, and work weekend shifts as required.
