Production Coordinator - Hybrid

Reporting to the Producer and working within the global production team at EA Vancouver, the Production Coordinator will support a team of Producers tasked with delivering high-quality video & design assets for a major global marketing campaign. Responsibilities include tracking resources, updating asset tracking software, maintaining asset libraries, and organizing meetings to keep production on track. You will also serve as the point of contact for tasks coming from other areas of the business.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the internal production team responsible for videos, stills, and art for marketing campaigns.
• Maintain assets in the Asset Library, ensuring clear and organized delivery to CFX Partners.
• Update production tracking software (AirTable, Asana) to support project timelines and assist editors and designers.
• Book approval meetings with producers and CFX partners.
• Attend production meetings to gather information, track timelines, and action feedback.
• Support Producers with scheduling, travel arrangements, and expenses.
• Provide regular updates to CFX partners on production deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production coordination.
• Background in design (digital, print, typography, layout).
• Knowledge of Paid Media, Social, Email, and POS.
• Experience with adaptation/localization processes.
• Understanding of creative/production and external agency models.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Airtable, Google Sheets, Frame.io, Figma.
• Ability to question and streamline processes and tools.
• Interest and passion for creative work and sports.

Compensation and Benefits

In British Columbia, the pay range is CAD 63,400 - 86,500, depending on location and experience. Benefits include vacation (3 weeks), sick days, extended health/dental/vision, and basic life insurance.
