- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget
- Serve as a point of contact between departments, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members, ensuring timely updates on changes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for projects and departmental activities
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status and department activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the capability to prioritize effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
