We're looking for skilled Production Control Technicians like you!

What You'll Do?
  • Microsoft AX Operations: Work within Microsoft AX to create items, production orders, and schedules.
  • BOM and Route Review: Ensure accuracy by reviewing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production routes before scheduling jobs.
  • Coordination with Purchasing: Collaborate with purchasing to confirm bought-out items align with production schedules.
  • Manufacturing Follow-Up: Monitor manufacturing progress to ensure delivery dates are met.
  • Cross-Department Communication: Interface with engineering, sales, purchasing, and manufacturing to meet customer needs.
  • Issue Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain proper inventory levels and accuracy in AX.
  • Material Verification: Validate material and component allocations in AX and Item 360.
  • Workload Balancing: Schedule orders to maintain optimal levels of work in progress.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as required to support operational success.
What You'll Bring:
  • Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (e.g., planning, purchasing, or expediting).
  • Production Control Expertise: Proven background in production control.
  • ERP Proficiency: Strong computer skills with experience in ERP systems; Microsoft AX experience is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication in English.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Multitasking Ability: Strong aptitude for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Safety Awareness: Ability to use and wear personal protective equipment as required.
  • Reliability: Punctual, responsible, and dependable.

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to report daily to the branch to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
